Returns And Refund Policy
At Rasool’s Steel World, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to assist you in accordance with the policy below.
1. Returns
Returns may be accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Items must not be cut, altered, or specially processed.
Please note that certain products such as custom cut materials or special orders may not be eligible for return.
Return transport costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
2. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method where possible.
Please note:
- Delivery or transport fees are non-refundable.
- A handling or restocking fee may apply depending on the product.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Exchanges are subject to:
- Product availability
- The item being returned unused and in its original condition
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund depending on the situation and product availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom cut steel or laser-cut products
- Special order items
- Products that have been used, installed, or altered after purchase
